VCA PUPPY SPECIAL ORDER
A special order is a service to locate a breed and gender, the color of the puppy you want. Since a puppy is a living animal, no puppy is going to look the same. However, we can locate similar ones to what we had previously for sale. Choose for the breed; gender; color; arrival time. We provide special orders for our clients. (Depend on our kennel’ schedule)

Step2: MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICE:
We will provide some puppies video including customer name and date. Choose the puppy you like to order.
Step3: MAKE A DEPOSIT:
As soon as clients choose the specific puppy they want to order and we will ask $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Step4: CONFIRM AIRLINE AND PICK UP SCHEDULE:
After we received a deposit from our client, we will work on the puppy’s trip. Usually, we confirm the airline schedule in the following 2-3 business days. Check International Shipping Detail.
Step5: PICK UP YOUR PUPPY:
We help our clients to go to Cargo and do all custom clearance work and clients can meet us at the airport or our office.
